Shoreham came home with fabulous 4 wins at this year’s Sussex Indoor Mile competition in Bexhill, including fastest time of the day and fastest female of the day, as well as a whole host of 2nds, 3rds & 4ths!

4 or 5 minutes of pain for our junior rowers, 1608m of pain for the adults were well worth it as Tom Faith took the overall fastest time of the day, also winning the Men’s 30-35 category ahead of Bexhill RC legend Mark Mitchell, Charlotte Pigg absolutely stonked it to claim the fastest female of the day and the Women’s Open category, Sarah B took home the fastest female lightweight of the day and Pheobe Mercer won the Year 9 Girls’ competition by a huge margin.
